预答辩流程：
1、答辩学生和答辩评审专家提前通过电脑在Zoom会议官网下载安装软件，注意事先调试好摄像头和耳麦，通知准备好答辩PPT，熟悉电脑端“共享屏幕”功能。（因答辩时间较长，建议全部使用电脑端）
2、登录Zoom会议，可通过会议ID: 715-658-8441加入会议，也可以点击链接直接加入会议：https://cernet.zoom.com.cn/j/7156588441。
3、答辩评审专家、学生和秘书已于3月16日15:00-16:00进入会议室完成预答辩前的设备调试。
4、每组答辩评审专家和答辦学生请3月17日分别规定的时间段（见永利娱场城官网首页入口2017级研究生预答辩工作方案（学生版/教师版）），提前5分钟进入会议室调试并打开PPT做好准备（非本时间段答辩的学生请关闭摄像头并保持静音），答辩学生陈述时间为5分钟（PPT），专家提问学生/回答时间为10分钟。学生按照顺序依次答辩，答辩完请关闭摄像头并保持静音或者选择离开会议。（旁听的导师请提前5、分钟进入会议室，全程关闭摄像头并保持静音）
5、每组答辩结束后，学生退场，本组组长就学生答辩情况交换意见，并将本组的情况在当日下午的全体会议上进行交流陈述。
6、所有三组学生全部答辩完成后，学生退场，答辩委员会主席在当日下午五点半接着主持三个评议小组专家开展集体讨论，交换意见，决定答辩学生是否“通过”/“不通过”。
7、所有学生（在微信群等待全员进入会议室的通知）再次进入会议室，由答主席公布通过结果。
